Justin Baldoni’s legal reps ask for an extension

Justin Baldoni’s legal team has also requested an extension from the court. They cited that they all need more time to review and verify Lively’s witness and exhibit lists due to their extensive length. Their filing further read, “Lively’s lists are currently impractical for both pretrial and trial purposes, obscure the witnesses and exhibits the Wayfarer Parties will actually have to confront, and create reams of unnecessary work at a time when the parties should be focusing their efforts for trial. ”They alleged that much of the content submitted by the ‘Green Lantern’ actress and her legal team is not relevant to the case. The list of items submitted includes an article about Taylor Swift’s cookie recipe and her photos, as well as an article mentioning Reynolds and his commitment to his family and relationship with Lively. The official trial date has been set for next month, May 18.See More: Veteran singer Asha Bhosle passes away at age 92
