Prime Minister Narendra Modi has arrived at Tokyo Airport, marking the beginning of his important two-day visit to Japan. This trip, the first leg of his four-day tour that includes China, aims to strengthen bilateral relations between India, Japan, and China. He is also scheduled to meet Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida, along with several business leaders and political figures. Before leaving for Japan, Modi expressed his excitement for the summit, highlighting the importance of the visit for national interests and regional peace. After Japan, he will head to China to attend the 25th Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) meeting.
