Tiger Shroff has sold a residential apartment in Pune’s Hadapsar for Rs 8.87 crore, as per property registration documents accessed by Zapkey. The actor had purchased the property in March 2024 for Rs 7.5 crore, reflecting a gross return on investment (ROI) of 18.3%, according to the data.Located in the Yoo Pune project developed by Panchshil Realty, the apartment was sold along with three parking spaces, as stated in the documents. The property spans 4,249 sq ft and was transacted at a rate of Rs 20,891 per sq ft. The deal was officially registered on March 31, 2026, with a stamp duty exceeding Rs 62 lakh and a registration fee of Rs 30,000. Documents further reveal that the buyer is Cherise (India) Private Limited. Interestingly, the same company had earlier rented the apartment from Tiger for Rs 3.5 lakh per month on a five-year lease, according property registration data accessed by Zapkey.In recent times, several Bollywood celebrities have made headlines for property deals. Names like Akshay Kumar, Amitabh Bachchan, Prabhu Deva, Preity Zinta, and Sonakshi Sinha have all been involved in notable transactions. In 2025, Akshay Kumar reportedly sold multiple properties worth over Rs 100 crore, while Amitabh Bachchan was also in the news for deals nearing Rs 100 crore. More recently, in March 2026, Preity Zinta sold an apartment in Mumbai’s Pali Hill, Bandra, for Rs 18.50 crore, according to documents accessed by CRE Matrix. The property had been allotted to her in April 2025 after redevelopment. Prior to that, in November 2025, she sold a 1,474 sq ft apartment on the 11th floor of the Rustomjee Parishram building for over Rs 14 crore.
