A man accused of abusing PM Modi and his late mother at a political rally in Bihar was arrested, officials said.

A man, accused of shouting abusive slogans at Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his late mother during the Opposition rally in Bihar, was arrested on Thursday night, Darbhanga Senior Superintendent of Police said on Friday.

The arrest of the man, identified as Rizwi alias Raja, came after a video purportedly showing a man hurling abuses at PM Modi during the INDIA bloc public meeting surfaced online.
