Hyundai India also reported its highest-ever quarterly domestic sales at 1,66,578 units in Q4 FY26, registering a year-on-year growth of 8.5 per cent.Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) on Wednesday reported total sales of 69,004 units in March 2026, up 2.5 per cent year on year.
The company’s domestic sales stood at 55,064 units, up 6.3 per cent year over year, marking its highest-ever domestic sales for March since inception.
Exports during the month totalled 13,940 units.
Record Q4 sales
Hyundai India also reported its highest-ever quarterly domestic sales at 1,66,578 units in Q4 FY26, registering a year-on-year growth of 8.5 per cent.
The company’s total sales for the quarter stood at 2,08,275 units during the January-March 2026 period, up 8.7 per cent compared to the same quarter last year.
Exports in Q4 FY26 rose 9.4 per cent to 41,697 units.
“Continuing the momentum gained in 2026, we have achieved highest-ever quarterly domestic sales of 1,66,578 units in Q4 FY2025-26,” said Tarun Garg, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Hyundai Motor India.
He added that while the company remains mindful of prevailing geopolitical uncertainties, HMIL is preparing for a strong FY27, with a focus on connected and innovative products and customer experience.
