Vijay Sethupathi featured in Shah Rukh Khan’s highest-grossing film until now, ‘Jawan’, which was released in the year 2023. The Tamil star played the role of the antagonist Kalee Gaikwad in the movie. He was praised for his performance in the action adventure directed by Atlee. And now, he shared that he did the film just for the love of SRK.

In an interview with Variety India, Vijay Sethupathi opened up about working in the Shah Rukh Khan starrer ‘Jawan’. He said, “I like the way Atlee makes his films. He knows where the scene or shot should rise and how to make it engaging.”

The Tamil actor stated that the filmmaker was quite confident about his scenes. Sethupati further expressed that he likes the way Atlee works. He added, “And then, obviously, it was about Shah Rukh sir. That’s all. Just for them only, I did that film.”During the interview he also shared how an impromptu moment made it to the climax sequence of the movie.
