Vijay Sethupathi confirms script for 'Maharaja 2' by Nithilan Saminathan is complete: 'I’m excited to hear it'

Actor Vijay Sethupathi confirmed that director Nithilan Saminathan has completed the script for ‘Maharaja 2,’ the sequel to their 2024 blockbuster. Sethupathi expressed his excitement to hear the script soon. He will next be seen in the movie ‘Slum Dog: 33 Temple Road,’ directed by Puri Jagannadh, which is slated to be a pan-Indian film. The actor will also appear in the web series ‘Muthu Engira Kaattaan,’ directed by Manikandan, which is set to stream on a popular platform. In addition, he is acting in the film ‘Train,’ directed by Mysskin.
