Singer Falguni Pathak, best known for songs such as ‘Maine Payal Hai Chhankai’, ‘Yaad Piya Ki Aane Lagi’, and ‘Pal Pal Teri Yaad’, recently opened up about her excitement for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup match. The star is set to perform later on Sunday at the finals match’s closing ceremony.

Talking to ANI about her performance at the closing ceremony, the famed veteran singer revealed that she has not been able to sleep while prepping for the upcoming performance. Talking about it, the star shared, “I am very excited. I haven’t slept for two nights. It will be my first experience performing in front of such a huge audience for the World Cup at the world’s biggest Narendra Modi Stadium. I am very, very excited, and I hope everything will be fine tomorrow.” She also mentioned that she is one of the many fans waiting to watch the finale. Citing that she has “goosebumps,” Pathak revealed that she awaits the final match like everyone else. Besides Pathak, Ricky Martin and Sukhbir Singh are set to headline the upcoming closing ceremony at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.
