The conflict between Iran and Israel has entered its ninth day with heavy strikes reported in the Iranian capital Tehran. According to emerging reports, the Israeli Air Force carried out multiple airstrikes late Saturday night targeting eastern and southwestern areas of the city. The strikes reportedly occurred shortly after a warning from Donald Trump, the President of the United States, who had earlier said that Iran could face a “very powerful attack.” Following the explosions, thick plumes of smoke were seen rising over several parts of Tehran, visible from kilometers away. One of the major targets reportedly included the Hyper refinery area near the capital, where missile strikes triggered fires and large explosions. Visuals circulating from the scene show heavy smoke clouds rising above buildings as emergency services rushed to respond. Meanwhile, Iran has launched retaliatory attacks. Reports indicate that Iranian drones struck parts of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. A drone explosion was reported near the Dubai International Airport, causing panic among passengers at the airport. Images from the airport show large crowds of travelers trying to leave the region amid fears of further escalation. Another drone strike reportedly hit the Dubai Marina area, damaging the Star Tower building. Debris from the damaged structure fell onto nearby roads. Initial reports suggest that a Pakistani driver was killed after being trapped under the rubble.
