In a dazzling move, Selena Gomez and her partner Benny Blanco have recently acquired a breathtaking villa in Beverly Hills for a whopping $35 million. This exquisite 7,000-square-foot property, steeped in Spanish flair and built in 1928, features a cozy library, a personal cinema, and opulent gardens.

Selena Gomez, the star recently praised for her performance in ‘Only Murders in the Building,’ is a powerhouse. From singing to acting, and now even in business, the idol has proven she can do it all. The star keeps busy, though she also knows how to invest in comfort. Reports from last year revealed that the singer, along with her husband, Benny Blanco, purchased a villa to settle down in. Here is all you need to know about Gomez’s home in Beverly Hills.

About Selena Gomez’s home in Beverly Hills

Gomez currently resides in her beautiful Beverly Hills home with her husband, Benny Blanco. As per ELLE, the two purchased the house when they were engaged in 2024. The house cost the couple around USD 35 million. Their home was reportedly built in 1928 by famed architect Wallace Neff; however, it has been restored many times since then. The architecture is directly inspired by Spanish culture and decor, spanning an area of 7,000 square feet. The house is a booklover’s dream, featuring a dedicated library and a spiral staircase. Additionally, it has seven bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, a private theatre and gym, a greenhouse, and a studio space where musicians can work on new tunes. Not only that, but the property also has a large pool and a lush garden filled with greenery. The home belonged to Todd Phillips, prior to this, who is best known for his work in ‘Joker.’

Selena Gomez’s older homes

Before this investment, Gomez began her real estate journey when she was only 19 years old. She purchased her first home in Tarzana, California, for USD 2.175 million. She stayed at the residence for three years, after which she sold it to Iggy Azalea. Next, she purchased a 10,000-square-foot mansion in Fort Worth, Texas. The mansion cost USD 3.5 million. She later sold it for a much lower price in 2018.In 2019, Gomez purchased a bungalow for USD 2.249 million. The 3,500-square-foot property was much smaller than what she had previously purchased; however, it was far cozier and more manageable for the artist. Her last real estate purchase before getting engaged to Benny Blanco was an 11,000-square-foot modern lodge in Encino, California. This home cost her USD 4.9 million. She currently still owns the lodge, unlike her other properties.DISCLAIMER: Figures presented in this article are derived from various public sources and are considered approximate unless explicitly noted.
