Winners are advised to verify their ticket numbers by cross-checking with the official results published in the Kerala Government Gazette. If the number matches, the prize can be claimed by visiting the Kerala Lottery Office at Gorky Bhavan, near Bakery Junction in Thiruvananthapuram.

To complete the claim process, the following documents must be submitted:

  • The original winning ticket, self-attested on both sides
  • A passport-size photograph attested by a Gazetted Officer
  • A self-attested copy of the PAN card (for income tax purposes)
  • Valid ID and address proof, such as Aadhaar, Voter ID, Ration Card or PAN card
  • A duly filled prize claim form (available online), affixed with a revenue stamp and submitted as per official guidelines

All claims must be made within 30 days from the date of the draw.
