The facility reflects Audi’s latest retail design language, which focuses on customer-centric experiences, digital integration, and sustainability. The showroom is divided into multiple zones tailored to different stages of the buying journey, including the Progressive Lab, The Stage, The Library Unit, and The Open Lounge. A key highlight is a “floating car display” that offers a 360-degree view of the vehicle.

According to the company, the Progressive Showroom Concept aims to make the retail experience more intuitive and personalised, with immersive consultations and streamlined processes under its “Progressive Retail” approach.

In addition to the Jubilee Hills showroom, Audi has also set up an Audi Approved: plus and service facility in Gachibowli to cater to pre-owned vehicle sales and after-sales requirements. The service centre is staffed by Audi-trained technicians and equipped with company-approved diagnostic and repair tools.

Commenting on the launch, Balbir Singh Dhillon, Brand Director, Audi India, said the second showroom in Hyderabad aligns with the company’s growth strategy and reflects confidence in the city’s luxury automobile market, driven largely by its IT-led economic expansion. “We remain focused on expanding our network to enhance accessibility while upholding the highest standards of quality and customer service that define Audi globally,” he added.

Vikas Chowdary, Dealer Principal, Audi Hyderabad Central, said the new facility aims to set higher benchmarks in customer experience while catering to the evolving preferences of luxury car buyers in the region.

Audi currently operates 67 touchpoints across India and plans to add more facilities over the course of the year.
