Schaffer said his wife and kids have gone missing and someone planted drugs in his home to implicate him. Then Schaffer trained his gun directly at FBI and said FBI was trying to destroy him and ‘kill’ him. Calling himself a victim of serious targeted felony crimes, Schaffer said his family was kidnapped, and he was robbed and his gun was missing.
