One of the most anticipated Bollywood movies of 2026, ‘Border 2’, is finally releasing on January 23. The sequel to the fan favorite film ‘Border’ honors the bravery of the Indian Army during the 1971 war. Sunny Deol

Sunny Deol is making a legendary comeback as Lt. Col. Fateh Singh Kaler in ‘Border 2.’ The famous ‘Gadar’ star Sunny Deol, during a podcast confessed that he was dyslexic in his growing years. While interacting with Ranveer Allahabadia, he opened up about the condition and shared that he would often get slapped as no one understood him. He also reflected on how he was called a duffer for not being able to study and score well.

Varun Dhawan

Fans will see Varun Dhawan in a new avatar this time. In Border 2, Dhawan will be playing the part of Major Hoshiar Singh Dahiya.During the shooting of ‘Badlapur’, Varun Dhawan changed his entire lifestyle, according to a Deccan Chronicle report. He stopped partying and hanging out with friends. He began to enjoy his isolation so much that his mother had to call up Varun’s friends to find out what was wrong.

Diljit Dosanjh

Diljit Dosanjh will portray iconic Indian Air Officer Nirmal Jit Singh Sekhon. According to News 18, Diljit began his singing career by performing kirtan at local Gurudwaras throughout his school years. And now, a big name in the industry, Diljit Dosanjh, became the first turbaned Sikh celebrity to have a wax figure at Madame Tussauds. The statue was unveiled at the Delhi museum on March 28, 2019.

Sonam Bajwa

Sonam Bajwa is also a part of the ‘Border 2’ cast. But did you know, before starting her successful acting career, the actor worked as an air hostess! While speaking to News18, she discussed participating in a beauty pageant during her air hostess days. She wasn’t selected for the part and was heartbroken. She didn’t know fate had other plans. Soon she got an audition call for her debut Punjabi movie, things started falling in the right place, and today, everyone knows her as the ultimate Pollywood diva.

Mona Singh

Mona Singh will be seen as the wife of Sunny Deol’s character in ‘Border 2’.Mona Singh, who rose to fame through her TV career, shared an interesting moment when she was shooting for ‘Ba***ds of Bollywood.’ Mona Singh actually asked Shah Rukh Khan to leave the set while she was filming the scene. Speaking to the abovementioned portal, she recalled saying to SRK, “Sir, you cannot be here.. I can’t do this in front of you.” To which Shah Rukh Khan laughed and told her, “Mona, what do you mean?
