Mahindra logs record 93,689 bookings for XEV 9S and XUV 7XO

Mahindra & Mahindra on Wednesday announced the opening of bookings for its SUVs, the XEV 9S and the XUV 7XO, and said it had received 93,689 consolidated bookings for the two models. The bookings were recorded up to 2.00 pm on January 14, 2026.

The company said the bookings translate into a value of more than ₹20,500 crore, calculated at ex-showroom prices.

Delivery timelines

Mahindra said deliveries of the XEV 9S will begin in a phased manner across dealerships starting the week of January 26, 2026. Deliveries of the XUV 7XO have commenced from January 14.

In a statement, the company said the two models expand its SUV portfolio across electric, diesel and petrol powertrains, aligned to different usage requirements and customer preferences in the SUV segment.
