The competition from Ranveer Singh’s ‘Dhurandhar’

It goes without saying that Ranveer Singh’s ‘Dhurandhar’ has left a lasting impression at the box office. While Kapil’s movie saw a fall in numbers as the week progressed, ‘Dhurandhar’ showed no signs of slowing down even after 14 days of theatrical run. Though there has been a marginal dip on the weekdays, the Aditya Dhar movie crossed the Rs. 460 crore mark ahead of its third week.

Competition ahead

The road is not going to be easy moving forward. With James Cameron’s ‘Avatar: Fire and Ash’ releasing today, i.e. December 19, the competition is going to be tougher. Thereafter, the Christmas week will throw another curveball with Kartik Aaryan and Ananya Panday’s ‘Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri’. Go to Source
