Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said the Strait of Hormuz remains open but warned that it is closed to countries he described as Iran’s enemies and their allies. He said the key shipping route would remain accessible to others, but not to those involved in what he called aggression against Iran, amid rising tensions in the region.
