Breaking: Iran Warns U.S.: Choose Peace or War, Ceasefire Violations in Lebanon Under Fire

Iran has issued a stern warning to the United States amid ongoing hostilities in Lebanon, urging Washington to either fully commit to the ceasefire or accept the consequences of continued conflict. Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi stated that negotiations and warfare cannot proceed simultaneously, emphasizing that the recent events in Lebanon amount to a “massacre.” According to Iran, over 250 people have been killed in Lebanon in the past 24 hours due to Israeli airstrikes, underscoring the severity of the situation. Tehran has condemned the attacks, claiming that three of the ten key proposals underpinning the ceasefire agreement have already been violated, severely undermining the purpose of ongoing diplomatic efforts. Araghchi’s statements highlight the growing tension in the region and signal Iran’s frustration with perceived violations of international agreements. Tehran insists that Lebanon was an integral part of the ceasefire proposals, and continued hostilities there demonstrate a breach of trust that could jeopardize broader peace initiatives.
