X Outage In India: Thousands Report Issues With Feeds And Links

Social media platform X, formerly Twitter, faced issues in India, with users reporting difficulties in accessing feeds and links, according to Downdetector.

Outage Reports Surge Within Minutes

At 8:17 pm, a total of 1,227 outage reports were recorded across India. By 8:30 pm IST, the number had risen sharply, with over 4,500 users reporting issues.

Users Unable To Refresh Feeds

Thousands of users said they were unable to use the platform normally. While notifications continued to be received, users reported that their feeds were not refreshing.

On attempting to refresh, users encountered the message, “something went wrong, try again.”

Mobile App Shows Error Message

On the mobile application, users reported seeing the message: “Cannot retrieve posts at this time. Please try again later.”
