Foggy Delhi recorded a significant drop in temperature on Thursday morning, with mercury hitting 6.4 deg C as compared to 8-11 degrees city was recording.

Other than Gulmarg, minimum temperatures across the Valley dropped several notches as cold wave conditions intensified in the region.
