Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and DMK leader MK Stalin used the occasion of World Population Day to renew his demand for a "fair delimitation" of parliamentary constituencies, warning against what he called an attempt to "punish" progressive states.

MK Stalin said all political parties from Tamil Nadu, which are registered with the Election Commission, will be invited for the meeting.
