Sharvari and Ibrahim Ali Khan dazzled at Amit Aggarwal’s couture show.
Sharvari and Ibrahim Ali Khan lit up the runway as showstoppers at designer Amit Aggarwal’s couture showcase – Exon: The Code Of Light – in New Delhi. The two young stars brought effortless glamour and youthful energy to showcase, making it a night where tradition and modernity intertwined seamlessly.
Sharvari captivated the audience in an architectural couture gown that was equal parts heritage and innovation. Amit Aggarwal reimagined Banarasi craftsmanship by weaving it into futuristic elements: polymer interlacing, handcrafted textures, and sculpted detailing. The gown’s structured silhouette embodied elegance and resilience, while the play of translucence and metallic shine reflected Aggarwal’s signature approach: heritage refracted through a modern lens.

Balancing Sharvari’s dramatic presence, Ibrahim Ali Khan walked the runway in a sharply tailored bandhgala. The outfit drew on Aggarwal’s Banarasi cording techniques, fusing timeless weaving traditions with a contemporary cut. The look exuded quiet confidence, proving that men’s couture can be rooted in heritage while carrying an undeniably bold, present-day edge.
For Aggarwal, the collection was a celebration of contrasts: think geometric precision meeting fluid fabrics, metallics glimmering like shards of ice, and traditional weaves finding space in futuristic forms. As he explained, “This collection is not merely meant to be worn, but to be felt, experienced, and celebrated. It represents a shared philosophy: that true perfection lies in the sublime balance of nature and craft. Exon is the celebratory spirit of a ceremonial couture where fashion, artistry, and experience converge seamlessly.”
Presented in collaboration with Grey Goose, the evening was as much about couture as it was about celebrating artistry. Actor Kalki Koechlin raised a symbolic toast to French heritage, while pianist Sahil Vasudeva’s live performance lent the showcase a refined, almost cinematic quality. The runway itself mirrored crystalline landscapes – an alpine corridor shimmering with light, echoing the spirit of Grey Goose’s French luxury roots.
The night closed on a high note: Sharvari and Ibrahim not only embodied Aggarwal’s vision but also reflected the collaborative spirit of Cocktail Couture, where fashion, performance, and celebration merged into one unforgettable experience.
