Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan’s Mumbai home reflects quiet opulence, where every corner tells a story of travel, heritage, and family.

Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor’s expansive residence in Mumbai, where they live with their two sons, Taimur Ali Khan and Jeh Ali Khan, reflects understated grandeur and refined elegance. Nestled in Satguru Sharan, one of Bandra’s most coveted addresses, the home has been designed by Darshini Shah of Design by Darshini Shah, according to GQ India.

Over the years, Kareena’s social media posts, along with glimpses shared by family and close friends, have offered peeks into the carefully styled yet warm interiors complete with landscaped open areas, a private pool, airy terraces, and serene outdoor corners.

The interiors balance sophistication with comfort, blending wooden accents, soaring ceilings, rich hues, and plush furnishings with the intimacy of a family home. Walls are adorned with travel photographs and personal memories, making the space feel both elegant and lived-in.

The living room, often the backdrop for intimate dinners with loved ones, is particularly striking featuring a grand chandelier, vintage-inspired furniture in dark wood, neutral walls offset with red-and-white panelling, statement artwork, soft drapes, and heritage-style décor pieces that lend it an old-world charm.

Speaking to the Times of India, the designer Darshini Shah explained the philosophy behind the space: “They like their home to feel like an extension of their journeys. Every piece has been collected over the years and carries a story. Both of them love England and are drawn to a colonial-classic aesthetic. They prefer subtlety over loud elements. Much like their earlier residence at Fortune Heights, their current home also has a library, antiques, artworks, candles, and furniture that echo timeless taste.”
