“We have always believed that eyewear is a powerful tool for self-expression, and what better way to highlight this than by tapping into the cultural zeitgeist of Stranger Things,” said Lenskart’s co-founder and CEO Peyush Bansal in a press release. “This collaboration goes beyond simply creating frames; it’s about making eyewear undeniably cool, bringing the excitement of pop culture to a category often perceived as ‘boring.’ We’re engaging with our audience where they live, online on OTT platforms, and giving them a tangible piece of their favourite show to wear with pride.”

The exclusive collection features 11 eyewear designs, inspired by the nostalgic allure of the show’s ‘Upside Down’ concept. Targeting Gen Z shoppers, the line presents eyewear as a style statement and mixes retro 80s design codes with bold futuristic elements.

Eyewear in the Lenskart x Stranger Things 5 collection is made using gunmetal and acetate and the temples of the frames are engraved with “11” motifs, referencing a character on the show. The line is available exclusively at Lenskart’s stores and on its direct-to-customer e-commerce store.
