No Onam Sadya is complete without its desserts, and Zambar brings you both classics – the creamy Pal Payasam, made with rice, milk, and dry fruits, and the indulgent Ada Pradhaman, a sweet pudding crafted with rice ada, jaggery, cashews, and fresh coconut.
