A major fire broke out at a government fertilizer and seed warehouse in Rajasthan’s Pali district, triggering panic in the area. The incident occurred in the Sumerpur’s Angor industrial area, where flames engulfed the facility following a suspected short circuit. Thick plumes of smoke and fire could be seen rising from the warehouse as authorities rushed to the spot. Firefighters were immediately called in and managed to control the blaze after several hours of continuous efforts using water jets. Fortunately, no casualties have been reported so far. The fire caused extensive damage to stored fertilizer and seeds, and officials are currently assessing the total loss. The incident has raised concerns over safety measures in government warehouses and industrial zones.
