NATION ALERT: Amit Shah Backs Suvendu Adhikari, Targets TMC and Congress in Bengal Push

In a major political announcement in West Bengal, Union Home Minister Amit Shah declared the name of Suvendu Adhikari as the BJP’s unanimous choice in the state. Shah stated that every BJP MLA supported Adhikari’s name and no alternative proposal was presented during the meeting, signaling complete unity within the party leadership. Addressing party leaders and workers, Amit Shah said the BJP would work hard to fulfill the expectations and trust shown by the people of West Bengal. He emphasized that the mandate given by the people carries a huge responsibility and assured supporters that the party would leave no gap in meeting public expectations. During his speech, Shah launched sharp attacks on both the Congress and the ruling Trinamool Congress led by Mamata Banerjee. He accused Congress of being unable to accept electoral defeat and alleged that the party repeatedly questions the democratic election process. Shah also claimed that a “fear-free Bengal” is now possible under BJP’s growing influence. Highlighting BJP’s electoral performance, Shah stated that in nine administrative districts, the Trinamool Congress failed to even open its account. Referring to the historic Nandigram battle, he recalled how Suvendu Adhikari defeated Mamata Banerjee and said this time Adhikari had politically entered her “home turf” and emerged victorious again. Amit Shah further asserted that the BJP would take strict action against illegal infiltration and promised to remove infiltrators “one by one” from Bengal and across India. He also linked the BJP’s political journey to the vision of Syama Prasad Mukherjee, calling the moment historic for Bengal politics.
