Khan Sir Case: Lawyer Claims No Injury, Calls FIR ‘Conspiracy’, Plans Anticipatory Bail

In the ongoing legal proceedings related to the Patna coaching centre firing case, the legal team representing educator Faisal Khan, popularly known as Khan Sir, has issued a strong statement defending him and challenging the allegations made in the FIR. Speaking to the media, Khan Sir’s counsel claimed that the individuals involved in the incident were security guards who allegedly carried out aerial firing strictly for safety purposes. The lawyer further stated that no injuries were reported in the incident, questioning the basis of the charges mentioned in the case. The defence has also alleged that Khan Sir’s name was included in the FIR through a disclosure statement, calling it a deliberate attempt to implicate and defame him. The legal team has described the case as a “conspiracy” aimed at damaging his reputation. According to the lawyer, the defence will be moving an anticipatory bail application as part of the legal strategy. The counsel added that the decision regarding bail will ultimately rest with the court, which will examine the facts and evidence presented by both sides. The legal representative further stated that, based on their assessment of the situation, the grounds against Khan Sir are weak. However, he emphasized that the final decision will be made by the judiciary after reviewing all case materials. Meanwhile, legal filings related to bail are currently in progress, as confirmed by the defence team. The case continues to be under active judicial consideration following Khan Sir’s appearance before the Patna Civil Court. Authorities are yet to issue an official response to the defence’s claims. The investigation remains ongoing, with further scrutiny expected as the court evaluates submissions from both the prosecution and defence. The matter has attracted significant public attention due to the high-profile nature of the accused and the allegations involved.
