In a message shared on social media, PM Modi said that the welfare and future of the country’s youth are the government’s highest priority. He announced that fast-track courts would be set up to ensure speedy trials in all paper leak cases and promised strict punishment for those responsible. The Prime Minister emphasized that anyone who harms the future of students will not be spared. According to ABP News Political Editor Megha Prasad, the message was a direct communication with students affected by paper leaks and those protesting for accountability. The statement came after growing criticism over the government’s response and demands for action against those responsible. Government representatives reiterated that they are ready for dialogue with protesting students and have already held discussions with student leaders. The opposition, however, continues to raise questions over accountability and the Education Minister’s resignation.
