Court Relief: Patna Civil Court Stays Arrest of Khan Sir in Coaching Dispute and Firing Case

Popular educator Faisal Khan, widely known as Khan Sir, has received major relief from the Patna Civil Court, which has stayed his arrest in connection with the coaching dispute and firing case. The court granted interim protection after hearing his anticipatory bail plea, which had been filed by his legal team. The case stems from an FIR registered by Patna Police at Kadamkuan Police Station under charges including attempted murder related to a firing incident. Since the registration of the case on June 4, police had reportedly been conducting searches at multiple locations to trace Khan Sir. However, the court’s latest order has put a temporary hold on his arrest, providing significant legal relief while proceedings continue. The decision comes amid widespread speculation over whether he would be taken into custody, with the court’s intervention now preventing immediate police action.
