Breaking News: Tension at Jamia University Over Alleged RSS Event, Students Stage Protest

Students at Jamia University in Delhi staged a protest over reports of an RSS-related programme on campus, leading to brief tension and slogans being raised inside the university premises. A large number of students, including members of left-leaning and other student groups, gathered and protested against the alleged event, expressing their opposition through placards and slogans. Following the escalation, Delhi Police and Rapid Action Force (RAF) were deployed outside and around the campus to maintain law and order. The situation was brought under control after security personnel intervened and moved protesting students away from sensitive areas within the university. According to ground reports, the campus has since returned to normal, with security tightened. Entry is now being strictly monitored, and students are allowed inside only after identity verification. Authorities are maintaining a close watch to ensure that no further disruption occurs, while the incident has sparked discussion around student politics and campus activities.
