In Noida’s Phase-2 area, CCTV footage of violent protests by workers has surfaced, revealing large-scale vandalism and arson at multiple factories. The incident occurred on 13 April when workers allegedly turned violent during a wage-related protest, targeting company properties and causing extensive damage. Factory owners have now handed over CCTV recordings and mobile-shot videos to the police, which clearly show groups of protesters breaking glass, damaging property, and attacking industrial units. Based on earlier action, police have already arrested around 300–350 individuals, and further identification is underway using the newly recovered footage. According to officials, the investigation is being intensified, with continuous raids and verification of suspects involved in the unrest. The administration claims that strict action will be taken against those responsible for the violence and destruction of property. The visuals now being examined are expected to help authorities map the sequence of events and identify additional accused, as security agencies continue to maintain heightened vigilance in the industrial zone.
