Breaking News: Giribala Singh Defends Herself in Twisha Sharma Case

Giribala Singh, the mother-in-law in the Twisha Sharma case, has once again defended herself against allegations made by Twisha’s family. She stated that the phone calls made by her were purely condolence calls to acquaintances after the incident and not an attempt to influence anyone. According to her, such calls are normal during a family tragedy and are being wrongly portrayed as suspicious. She also accused the Bhopal police of being biased and claimed that she is not being treated fairly. Giribala said she has fully cooperated with the investigation, denied violating bail conditions, and rejected claims of not responding to police notices. She further argued that CCTV footage and other evidence are being misinterpreted or misrepresented. On the issue of the missing accused (her son-in-law, Samarth), she distanced herself from responsibility, saying he is an adult and accountable for his own actions. Giribala also supported the idea of a CBI investigation but questioned whether the state police is being influenced by pressure from the victim’s family. She claimed she feels targeted and believes she is not receiving justice in Madhya Pradesh, while maintaining that she has done nothing wrong.
