Breaking News: Chitrakoot Outrage After 14-Year-Old Kidnapped and Murdered, Police Encounter Ensues

A shocking incident has shaken Chitrakoot, Uttar Pradesh, after 14-year-old Ayush, son of a local cloth merchant, was kidnapped and brutally murdered. The kidnappers demanded a ransom of ₹40 lakh, which was not paid. Ayush was abducted around 5:00 PM, and later, his body was found in a box near the Barghad area at around 11:00 PM. The murder sparked widespread outrage among locals, who blocked the NH-35 highway, demanding immediate justice and strict action against the culprits. In response, a heavy police force was deployed, including senior officials and DIG of Chitrakoot. During an encounter, the accused, Kallu, was shot dead, while another accused, Irfan, was injured. Authorities are investigating the case thoroughly, and tensions remain high in the area. The incident has raised serious questions about law and order, prompting locals to call for strict punitive measures, including bulldozer action against the criminals. Police continue to monitor the situation and ensure public safety while gathering more evidence in this high-profile case. This tragic case highlights the growing concerns over child safety, kidnapping for ransom, and the need for swift law enforcement action in Uttar Pradesh.
