In a span of just 24 hours, multiple disturbing incidents were reported across India. In Firozabad (UP), a minor dispute between a jeweller and a sweet shop owner over sweeping dust led to a violent clash. CCTV footage shows the jeweller, along with his sons and aides, entering the sweet shop and brutally assaulting the shopkeeper. In Banda (UP), a horrific road accident claimed three lives when a trailer rammed into a truck being repaired, killing both the truck driver and cleaner. The trailer then overturned, killing its own driver. In Delhi’s Jahangirpuri, around 300 people fell ill after consuming contaminated kuttu atta (buckwheat flour) during Navratri fasts. All were hospitalized. In Anakapalle (Andhra Pradesh), panic spread after a highly venomous snake was spotted near a canal. Forest officials captured the snake after a 2-hour effort. In Mumbai, an SUV got trapped in rising sea tides at Kalamb Beach, raising safety concerns among tourists. Kolkata witnessed flooding and electrocution deaths after heavy rainfall, claiming 7 lives due to electric poles discharging current into waterlogged streets.
