Breaking: Cold Wave and Dense Fog Grip North India, Alert Issued in Delhi and 16 States

Cold wave and dense fog have intensified across North India, increasing difficulties for people in several regions. In Delhi-NCR, air pollution remains a major concern, with AQI levels crossing 400 in many areas. Poor visibility has disrupted traffic, and motorists have been advised to drive cautiously. No immediate relief is expected as cold and fog conditions are likely to persist in the coming days.
