A shocking incident has emerged from Nawada district in Bihar, where a young man allegedly beaten after being asked his name and religion has died during treatment. The victim, identified as Athar, was admitted to Bihar Sharif Sadar Hospital after the attack but succumbed to his injuries late last night. The incident reportedly took place on December 5, when Athar was assaulted by a group of 10 to 15 people. He was severely beaten, and petrol was allegedly poured on him during the attack. Before his death, Athar had spoken to ABP News, sharing details of the assault. Police have confirmed that four accused have been arrested so far, and intensive questioning is underway. Authorities are also trying to identify other suspects involved in the case.
