BIG BREAKING: Bulldozer Action Near Howrah Railway Station Clears Illegal Encroachments

Authorities carried out a major anti-encroachment drive near Howrah Railway Station in West Bengal late at night. Bulldozers were used to remove illegal structures and encroachments located outside the railway station premises. According to reports, these encroachments had been causing serious inconvenience to passengers commuting to and from the station for a long time. Local residents and travelers had repeatedly demanded action to clear the area. Following the formation of the new government in West Bengal, a campaign was launched to free the station surroundings from illegal occupation. To ensure the operation was completed smoothly and to avoid any violence or clashes, a heavy deployment of Railway Protection Force (RPF) personnel was made at the site in advance. Visuals from the location showed bulldozers demolishing the encroachments while RPF jawans maintained strict security. The administration stated that the drive was aimed at improving passenger movement, reducing congestion, and restoring order around one of the busiest railway stations in the state.
