BIG BREAKING: Assam Police Grills Pawan Khera Over Passport Claims on Himanta Sarma’s Wife

A major political controversy has intensified as Assam Police reached the Delhi residence of Pawan Khera to question him over serious allegations made against the wife of Himanta Biswa Sarma. The development comes amid heightened political tensions ahead of upcoming elections in Assam. Khera had earlier claimed during a press conference that Sarma’s wife, Riniki Bhuyan Sarma, possessed multiple foreign passports, including from Muslim-majority nations, and questioned whether she held dual citizenship, which is not permitted under Indian law.
