Bhojpuri Actor Pawan Singh To Get Y Level Security, CRPF Commandos Deployed For His Safety | ABP News

Bhojpuri superstar Pawan Singh has been granted Y category security by the Union Home Ministry. Based on the threat perception report of the Intelligence Bureau (IB), the Home Ministry has increased security. CRPF commandos will be deployed to protect Pawan Singh during this period. There are different categories of VVIP security in India: Z+, Z, Y+, and Y. Y category security typically involves the deployment of 8 to 11 security personnel, including trained CRPF or CISF commandos. These commandos accompany the individual during personal security, travel, events, and public appearances. In Pawan Singh’s case, the Home Ministry has assigned this responsibility to a special unit of the CRPF, which will provide him security throughout the country. In September, Baba Khan’s henchmen openly threatened Pawan Singh. A video of this threat quickly went viral on social media, in which Baba Khan’s henchmen were seen saying, “If you have the guts, go and say something to Baba Khan.” Following the video, the Intelligence Bureau (IB) assessed the severity of the threat and sent its report to the Home Ministry. Based on this report, Pawan Singh has been granted Y-category security.
