The alleged operation is suspected to have been active since the consecration of the temple and is being examined as part of the broader investigation into financial irregularities. Sources claim that the accused and their associates allegedly collected money from devotees seeking faster access to the temple and distributed the proceeds among members of the group. Investigators are also examining whether some temple employees and individuals outside the temple administration were involved in the alleged network. These allegations are currently under investigation and have not been established in court. Officials are reportedly scrutinising links between the alleged racket and local hotels, homestays, and intermediaries who may have connected visitors with individuals promising expedited darshan. Police are verifying financial records, digital evidence, and witness statements to determine whether an organised network existed. The SIT is continuing parallel investigations into both the alleged donation theft and the suspected VIP darshan racket. Authorities have not announced any final findings or identified all those who may be involved.
