Panic gripped passengers after a massive fire broke out in the Ernakulam Express in Andhra Pradesh. The blaze erupted in two coaches of the express train, forcing passengers to pull the emergency chain and halt the train immediately. Visuals from the spot show flames and thick smoke billowing out of the coach windows, creating chaos on the track. According to officials, one coach had 82 passengers while the other had 76, taking the total to 158 passengers traveling in the affected coaches. One body has been recovered from the B1 coach, confirming one fatality in the incident. Fire brigade teams rushed to the site and began firefighting and rescue operations. Railway authorities are arranging alternative travel for passengers, while an official statement on the cause of the fire is awaited.
