Adamn Killa, whose real name is Adam Kelly, is a rapper and TikTok creator from Chicago. He went viral for his funny videos where he walks up to police officers and says, “Arrest me, Daddy.” On Monday, November 10, the Chicago Police briefly held him after he interrupted a traffic stop in Downtown Chicago. Police placed him in handcuffs and kept him in their car for 20 minutes, then let him go with no charges. This incident was first reported by the Chicago Sun-Times. After getting released, Adam Kelly posted the video online and wrote, “they listened.” Many big news outlets like NBC 5 Chicago, TMZ, and Billboard also reported the story. Adam Kelly later said he made more “Arrest me, Daddy” videos right after he got out.

Adam Kelly is 29 years old. He was born on October 13, 1996, according to Famous Birthdays. He grew up in Chicago and started working on music as a young teen. He joined a music group at age 14 with another Chicago rapper named Lucki, based on his page on Reggies Chicago. He dropped his first music project, an EP called Libra Season, in October 2015. Over the years, Adam Kelly has made many songs and mixtapes. Some of his projects include Back 2 Ballin, Mr. 650, A.D.H.D. Rant Vol. 1, and Generation Run. He also has popular songs like Ten, Cashin, Hit the Adamn, and Torta Pounder. Along with music, he kept making TikTok and Instagram videos. His “Arrest me, Daddy” line became his biggest viral moment. In these videos, he walks near police officers, bends over, and asks them to arrest him. He said his viral line again, and the officers then detained him. The Chicago Sun-Times said the police placed him in handcuffs and put him inside the squad car. They released him after 20 minutes. He filmed the whole encounter and later made more videos reacting to the news stories.He also posted a video saying, “I have been on every big blog and news site in the last 24 hours.” He even showed the Chicago Sun-Times front page that featured his story.
