A fresh controversy shook the livestreaming world after a public clash broke out bet popular streamer Rani “Stable Ronaldo” and Wendy Ortiz. The heated exchange began after a video showing Stable Ronaldo and Jason “Jasontheween” reacting to Nina Lin’s recent scandal went viral. While livestreaming at Target, Lin was allegedly shoplifting a pack of steak. When Stable Ronaldo spoke about Nina Lin’s refusal to apologize, his comments triggered a strong response from Wendy Ortiz. Ortiz, who is closely associated with Nina Lin, accused Stable Ronaldo and Jason of being “woman haters.” Her remarks added fuel to the growing online drama.
Stable Ronaldo cuts ties with Wendy Ortiz after “Woman Hater” remark
The conflict escalated after Stable Ronaldo openly criticized Nina Lin on stream. He said, “If I speak, I’m in big trouble. Like, I’ve hated her since she stepped on my car and thought it was funny. (Jasontheween responds, ‘That was a sign. They’re saying female Jack Doherty.’) That’s a hard label to have.”Later, Wendy Ortiz defended Nina Lin while appearing intoxicated on stream. She accused Stable Ronaldo and Jason of hating women and said, “Okay, no. Actually, like, I used to f**k with them so hard, like Stable Ronaldo and Jason, but they’re actually, they are like woman haters. I’m so sorry, guys. I’m so drunk right now, but no, like, actually, it’s insane. It’s insane. Insane! She didn’t steal… actually, that’s insane.”During his December 2 livestream, Stable Ronaldo responded strongly. He announced that he would no longer work with Wendy Ortiz and would ask other FaZe Clan members to do the same. “Honestly, moving forward, Wendy, I’ll make it very easy for you; I’m done talking about you. Don’t worry, you don’t have to have anything to do with FaZe anymore moving forward. We’ll make sure of that because we’re women haters and we don’t want you to assume that”, Stable Ronaldo added. He also criticized Ortiz for being associated with Nina Lin over alleged past misconduct. Later the same day, Wendy Ortiz fired back, calling Stable Ronaldo “weird.” She said, “Oh, my god, he’s actually insane. Oh, my god! Why did I… why did I ever watch him in my life?”Notably, this is not Ortiz’s first public clash.
