The apprehension was carried out in coordination with the Monitoring and Control Centre. Authorities described the act as reckless, putting not only the driver’s life at risk but also the safety of other road users.The Traffic Directorate and Security Patrols emphasized that this behaviour constitutes a serious violation of traffic laws due to the combination of recklessness and distraction. Officials made it clear that such actions will not be tolerated under any circumstances, and that roads are intended for safe and responsible driving, not for social media interaction or risky displays.
