Influencer Lauren Loveless, 26, has married her high school sweetheart Nikolaus Young, 25. The wedding took place on November 15 at The Ocean Course at Kiawah Island Golf Resort in South Carolina. This was a very special day for both of them. They told PEOPLE that the wedding felt like “the biggest party of our lives with everyone that we love.” The couple said it was rare to have all their family, who live all over the world, together in one place.The wedding had many beautiful details. There was a live painter, a 10-piece band, and a three-tier cake. Guests wore black-tie outfits, and many women chose jewel-tone dresses. Famous social media friends like Ellie Thumann, Erin Thumann, Clara Peirce, Ana Stowell, and Jordynn Nicholson were also there. The wedding had around 150 guests. The celebrations started early with a fun slumber party at a beach house that Lauren and Nik have loved since childhood. The next night, they had a “Palm Beach chic” rehearsal dinner with a raw bar and a DJ. Even though Lauren never dreamed much about her wedding when she was younger, she said this place felt “like the only place” she could picture herself getting married.

Early in the morning, Lauren Loveless and Nikolaus met on a dock, drank coffee, and shared their private handwritten vows. A shorter version of those vows was later read at the altar. Lauren said her younger self “would be so proud of where I am today and the love that I’ve found.” Lauren and Nik first met at a Halloween party when she was in 12th grade and he was in 11th grade.They went to The University of North Carolina together after one year of long-distance dating. After college, they moved to Charleston. They skipped a “first look” so they could feel all the emotions when they saw each other at the ceremony.Lauren walked down the aisle in a dress made from two Oscar de la Renta gowns, while a string quartet and a harpist played “Outro” by M83. Her hair and makeup were done by Brianna B. Dinner was a full three-course meal, ending a day filled with love, family, and joy.
