Popular Twitch streamer Imane “Pokimane” has gone viral again after speaking openly about her dating experiences. A short video of the OfflineTV co-founder began circulating on social media platform X. In the clip, Pokimane talked about dating men from very different financial backgrounds. She explained that she has been in relationships with both very wealthy men and men with little money. In the video, Pokimane shared her belief that money does not decide how caring or loving a partner will be. The clip added to a growing list of moments where Pokimane has openly shared her personal opinions on relationships, lifestyle, and modern dating.

Pokimane says money does not define the care or character of a man

In the viral video, Pokimane explained that a man’s income has nothing to do with how well he treats someone. She said she has dated multi-millionaires and also men who were struggling financially. From her experience, she believes money does not decide how much effort or care a person puts into a relationship. She explained that some men with very little money are willing to give everything they have to someone they care about. At the same time, she said some extremely rich men can be very stingy, even over small things. According to her, personal generosity matters far more than wealth.Pokimane then advised people to look closely at a person’s attitude before dating them. She said it is important to notice how someone treats their friends, family, and time. She added that caring for a partner is not always about money. Sometimes it is emotional support. Sometimes it means being there when someone is sick or offering comfort during hard moments. She discussed that some wealthy people like to hold onto their money and avoid spending it on others. She said it hurts her when people judge potential partners only by how much money they have.Pokimane also reminded viewers that these thoughts are her personal views. She encouraged people to take what resonates with them and leave the rest. This is not the first time she has made headlines recently. On December 31, 2025, another video surfaced where she shared her experience in New York, claiming that the men she found most attractive there were gay. Also Read: Pokimane offends New York’s straight men after her comments about “good-looking gay men” go viral
