The Immigration and Customs Enforcement called Minnesota Rep Ilhan Omar a liar for alleging that her son was pulled over by federal agents. The ICE said the agency has absolutely zero record of its officers or agents pulling over Congresswoman Omar’s son. Calling it a PR stunt, the ICE said Ilhan Omar’s allegation did not come with any evidence. The agency also addressed the fine print of the allegation and said they don’t target people by skin color, race or ethnicity. “Allegations that ICE engages in ‘racial profiling’ are disgusting, reckless and categorically FALSE. What makes someone a target for immigration enforcement is if they are illegally in the U.S.—NOT their skin color, race, or ethnicity.
