Four people stabbed outside UK train station, 2 held; video shows chaotic scenes

Four people were injured in a stabbing incident following “serious disorder” at Tenby railway station in Pembrokeshire, Wales, on Tuesday night. Police said the victims sustained stab wounds but all injuries are currently assessed as non-life-threatening. The incident unfolded at around 9:50 pm, prompting a swift response from emergency services and causing disruption to train services in the area.

Two suspects in custody

A 16-year-old boy and a 19-year-old man have been arrested on suspicion of assault with intent to cause grievous bodily harm. Both remain in police custody as investigations continue.Authorities confirmed that one individual was in possession of a knife during the altercation, which involved a group of youths.

Videos of incident surface online

Videos circulating on social media appear to show chaotic scenes at the station, with a large group gathered on a platform and punches being thrown. In one video, a person can be heard shouting that they had been stabbed, while others scream in the background.The footage has added to concerns among residents and visitors in the popular seaside town.

Police call for calm

Dyfed-Powys Police said the situation has been brought under control and the scene secured. Officials acknowledged that such incidents can cause alarm and confirmed that there will be an increased police presence in the area to reassure the public.British Transport Police, which is leading the investigation, said a thorough probe is underway and urged witnesses or anyone with information to come forward.Tenby town council said it was aware of recent incidents involving groups of youths, including disorder and criminal damage, and described the stabbing as a “very serious assault”.
