Fortnite star Turner “Tfue” Tenney has made a surprise return to Twitch after being away for more than a year. The popular streamer went live again and told viewers he is enjoying playing video games once more. His comeback comes after a long period of irregular streaming and time spent away from the platform. Tfue rose to fame during Fortnite’s explosive growth. Alongside Tyler “Ninja” Blevins, he became one of the game’s biggest names. Over time, however, he stepped back from competitive gaming. His focus shifted toward YouTube content and other projects. This led to fewer Twitch streams. He last streamed regularly in late 2024 before disappearing from the platform.

He said he only went live because he was genuinely enjoying gaming again. Speaking during the stream, he said, “The only reason why I’m live is because I’ve been enjoying playing video games, and its like cringe to say that, but it’s true. It’s cringe because I haven’t been, you know, it’s been boring. But, I’ve been enjoying it, so might as well go live!”The former FaZe Clan member admitted he felt nervous before hitting the go-live button. He explained that it has been a long time since he streamed consistently. “It’s kinda crazy. That’s a long time,” he added. “Every other streamer is still live every day. Me? I just don’t give a f*ck. If I don’t enjoy streaming or playing a game, I’m just not gonna stream, I don’t care”, he added. Interestingly, Tfue did not return to Fortnite. Instead, he chose to stream Arc Raiders. The game has gained popularity among streamers in recent weeks. His decision showed that he is more focused on enjoyment than sticking to old habits. The return stream lasted around 15 hours. It was a strong showing for Tfue. Nearly 20,000 viewers tuned in at its peak. According to TwitchTracker, the stream averaged just under 14,000 viewers throughout. Tfue had previously signed with Kick during his time away from Twitch. His return raises questions about where he will focus his future streaming efforts. For now, he has made it clear that he will only stream when he feels like it.Also Read: Broadcaster Piers Morgan blasts Candace Owens over Brigitte Macron gender conspiracy claim
